Jutsus:
*Jouro Senban
Description: A barrage of needles that are sent flying at the opponent from a hidden place inside an umbrella. The needles are then controlled using Chakra and directed at the enemy. These needles have been known to have the power to pierce 5mm steel.
*Hidden Mist Skill
Description: A highly effective cover technique. Blankets an area in a thick fog, confusing the senses of the enemy.
*Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu
Description: Creates a number of clones, made from water. Each Clone is capable of attacking on its own, yet each is 1/10th the power of the original. A direct hit will cause the clone to revert to water - and it cannot leave a certain radius of the user.
*Water Prison Skill
Description: Creates a large sphere of water, that holds the opponent inside it. The prison is difficult to escape, yet, the drawback is that the user must keep contact with the sphere to keep the prison working.
*Water Type; Explosion Skill
Description: Sends a large spinning pillar of water towards the opponent. Can only be performed when near a moderately large water source, and uses a large amount of chakra. Its a devastating jutsu.
*Water Explosion Technique
Description: This technique is used to create a massive blast of water.
*Yoraishin
Description: An odd jutsu involving nails. The user throws nails into the air. Upon impact on the ground, they dig themselves into the earth. When the opponent walks over the ground where the nails dug themselves in, two nails stab out of the earth through the feet of the attacker, ensuring that they cannot move. Then the user performs the dragon seal, and hundreds of nails shoot out of the ground at the attacker. Normally used afterJouro Senbn, can also be used with lightning type chakra to electrocute the target.
*Konoha Senpū
Description: This jutsu is a set-up attack for a stronger jutsu. It consists of a simple, but very fast, duck followed by a powerful upward kick, which sends the opponent flying
*Konoha Daisenpū
Description: This jutsu involves a powerful leap forward followed by a spinning kick with both legs in succession, the second kick being aimed lower in case the intended target ducks the first.
*Primary Lotus
Description: Normally, humans use the power of their muscles at only about 20 percent of its full power; the brain regulates muscle usage to ensure this, since any higher and the muscles will be damaged or destroyed. The Primary Lotus requires the opening of one of the inner celestial gates- the Initial Gate, which releases the brain's regulation on muscle usage. The result is a much more powerful brand of Taijutsu than normal, but at the cost of damage to the user.
*Reverse Lotus
Description: This jutsu is an advanced and more destructive version of the Front Lotus, which requires that at least three chakra gates be opened. Once enough gates are open, the user launches the target into the air and hits them with one arm and one foot, sending the target crashing into the ground. This is usually fatal due to the speed and power behind the attack. Because so many chakra gates are opened at once, it can only be used once, since the user will likely be unable to stand afterward.

History/Background Story:Missing-nin originally from the Hidden Rain, from an early age he was always seen as a very disturbed child. His parents were killed in the great ninja war while on a mission, leaving Kisho an orphan. Other children would often ridicule him for not having parents, causing him to think that allof the people around him were corrupt, and that he would be the one to save them. The village elders saw that he would one day try to fulfill his goals by eliminating those he deemed "evil" . One day after finishing a mission he set his plan into action, along with several fellow jounin, he led an attack on the village. The attack was unsuccessful, leading to the deaths of his comrades and his capture. As his punishment, he was sentenced to death, but the day before he was set to be executed, he broke free and ran from the village.

Roleplay Sample:it's a cold damp night as Kisho walked out of the bar. From around the corner he could hear the sound of a man crying for help, being the self pronounced hero, he turns the corner to find a man being mugged by 3 thieves. without giving it a second thought Kisho rushed to the mans aid, immediatly knocking one of the bandits to the ground with a round house to the head.
As the second thief charged with a knife, Kisho drew his bow staff from inside his cloak, slamming the man against the wall and rendering him unconscious. After taking a fighting stance, the other two thieve realized how out matched they were and ran.
