Clan Info: The clan that lived in Kirigakure, the village was in war a short time ago, in this war, different sides battled each other using ninja, some of whom possessed kekkei genkai, which are passed down through generations. After the war ended, memories of the horific battles still lingered in the minds of the people. Because those with kekkei genkai were feared, the clan to which Haku belongs to disbaned, Haku and his mother are the only known members of the clan, and what happened to the rest of the clan is unknown, but it is assumed that, like Haku\'s mother, the clan went to live peaceful between normal people, without revealing their bloodline.

He normally wears a cloak, but as you can see he does not have it with him. Its rare to see him without it. The scarf is his trade-mark article of clothing, he never leaves without it. He wears a ragged blackish-grey piece of a shirt. Its made of cloth and allows for help with his stealth. He wears black pants, they, too make no sound when coming into contact with either his legs or the environment. He has sock-like slippers on, that mask his footsteps. He looks fairly shady and you don\'t know much about him. He is always carrying a demonic-looking katana. He has a kunai pouch filled with his kunai and shuriken. He also carries one Giant Fuuma Shuriken on his back. He has four katanas attacked to his body. Two are at his waist, and two strapped to his back. The Fuuma Shuriken rests on top of the sheaths on his back, so he can use all three items with ease. He also carries several senbon for the Pulse Acupuncture jutsu.

Family Members: Orphaned. Family killed in war.

Personality: Fudo grew up as a very serious yet kind-hearted shinobi. He is quick-witted and also has mute-like qualities, that is rarely speaking. He speaks when he is spoken to, or if he needs to. He\'s also fairly laid-back, yet is more serious.

Special Characteristics/Abilities: He is an expert in water-element jutsus. He has the Hyoton Kekkei Genkai and can create ice. Also similar to Haku, he can create hand seals with one hand.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Mizu Kawarimi - Water Replacement

Ninpou: Mizu Kawarimi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Shizuku under the influence of Yomi\'s evil medically enhanced chakra. While in his enhanced form, Shizuku can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks.

Mizukiri no Yaiba - Sword of Draining

Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

Makyou Hyoushou - Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors

Makyou Hyoushou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku\'s bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. Haku himself then places himself inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, Haku can then using the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, Haku can then almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, his target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this he can then unleash numerous needles into his opponent with little difficulty. Using this technique for long periods of time however, will quickly use up Haku\'s chakra.

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique ( Also, Mist Body Flicker )

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short-long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user\'s movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user\'s reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

This technique involves the user throwing a senbon at a certain spot at the neck that stops ones pulse and kills you temporarily, but by simply removing the senbon, the pulse returns. Haku used this technique to fool Team Kakashi into thinking that he killed Zabuza as Haku pretended to be an hunter-nin.



Background Story: Fudo is the last known Hiroshi to walk this green Earth. They were murdered by ANBU during a village raid, that extinguished the village from existence, along with his clan. It is unknown why he wasn\'t killed on that day. He never really knew his parents, him being very young. He was dropped off at his current Village\'s entrance where his new friend, Naomi picked him up and took him in. Why was she so generous? Nobody knows. He was an unknown child to the Village and she still took him in. She was a very young girl too, so her parents are the ones who brought him up. Naomi is a beautiful young woman and three years Fudo\'s senior. She is a member of the Clan. She is very sweet, and lives alone. She is a retired medical nin, so she has helped Fudo out a lot with that, allowing him to train harder than normal. He does not remember the earlier years of his life. He knows no one else in his family except that he does know that those aren\'t his real parents, for he looks fairly different than them. He has the Haku Clan\'s bloodline jutsus. He is rumored to be a descendant of Haku himself. He trained hard to become just an academy student, and low-and-behold, he did really well, not exceptionally, just better than average. He certainly was no genius. He trained hard as if he was learning a different type of fighting, but he wasn\'t. He had just adapted it, in a way, to suit him better. For example, he likes to kick more often than he punches so he works his legs a little harder, which helps with running and endurance. He was born with stronger legs than arms, and it showed. If he kicked hard enough, he could crack a tree. He couldn\'t necessarily make it timber, but he could crack the bark and inner wood. He tries to evenly distribute the strength training, but his legs always come out to be stronger. As for his intelligence, he was fairly knowledgeable. He was a straight A and B student, with mostly A\'s but he was quick-witted, a helpful skill that will most likely come in handy later on in his life. He would pass his written exams and such with flying colors, mainly because he crammed the night before, but he retained the knowledge. Some say he has a photographic memory, but he disbelieves it, but it still exists in him, nonetheless. He is not a mute, he just doesn\'t talk much. He doesn\'t mind people, he just likes to be around friends more, especially the ones who are close to him. He can also act a little hyper.. and is often judged as being a freak or a weird kid. Truthfully, he just likes to make people laugh, but he only acts that way around his friends, never in the midst of strangers or in serious conditions.

Due to the fact that Kirigakure lost to Abikure village in a surrender. Fudo was forced to switch villages. So here he is. He walks onto the bridge, hoping to not be confronted. He plans to head straight for the Abikage to receive his new ninja head band. He will forever hold onto the mist headband, but never wear it. Simply to remind him of his past and his plans for the clan.. He is upset that he has to leave the Kirigakure village. But what was he gonna do? His Mizukage surrendered and he was forced to be drafted into this village. \"Oh well..what was I to do?\" thinks Fudo. \"There wasn\'t much. No, nothing, I could do. There was no way I would be able to take out the Abikage plus more by himself. Especially since they were higher ranks.\" He continues to walk and comes across a guard. \"Halt.\" says the guard. \"What business do you have here?\" he continues. \"Huh? Oh, sorry. I am Hiroshi, Fudo. I have been...recruited... into this village due to the fact that Kirigakure lost to Abikure in the Second War. And as a term of agreement, Abikure did not take Kirigakure\'s Outpost in exchange..for me..\" \"Very well, you may pass. Show this pass to the guards at the gate.\" \"Thank you. I will be going now.\" \"Goodbye.\" Fudo nods to the guard as he continues for the village, heading for its gates. He arrives at the gates and hands the guards the pass and walks in..heading for the Abikage\'s Mansion.

you can't start as a chuunin. Start as a genin or jounin.

~ 12 year olds are usually only academy students, or genin. Please start as one of these ranks. Unless you want to change your age and add more jutsus. You cannot start as a chuunin, you have to pass the exams. Unless of course your being a cannon char.

And please, don't repeat things that other people said. I know that 12 year olds are typically Genin/Academy, but there are some who are advanced and are able to be a Chuunin at younger ages.

I'm fine with my age, and I don't feel like rummaging though more E, D and C ranked Jutsus.
