Availible Ranks

Guys! We need to stop with the high ranks! We need some genin, academy students, and we need a couple more Jounin!

As of now I will only allow these applications with these ranks!

And you could ask me for some permission to be something else, but your going to have to ask me and wait for my reply.

Sorry if I seem a little mad today but my idiotic brother just slapped me on the ear today and it is sore, and bleeding little by little, as same with my nose.
